Song of The Soul: A Workshop on Mantras with Dr Lorin Roche

Song of the Soul: A Workshop on Mantras

with Dr Lorin Roche

Saturday, April 23 at 12pm PDT

Mantra meditation is one of the most popular and effective techniques used worldwide, and there is a great deal of scientific research on its benefits to emotional and physical health.

In this session we will explore a variety of short meditations that combine mindfulness + mantra. You will have a chance to play with a couple of classical mantras, and create your own.

Mantra mindfulness meditations are particularly useful for people who have busy lives because the whole technique is restful, effortless, and relaxing.

Notes:

This is a skill-building workshop. We will practice mini-meditations of 30 seconds, two minutes, and four minutes, so that you can internalize the inner skills of meditation and practice them at home.

This event is free of charge. Register to receive the Zoom link.
