  • Why sleep is important and what happens when we sleep

  • How to access the vivid, magical, healing dreaming space within

  • A guided meditation practice to implement before going to bed

  • Routines to implement (starting in the afternoon) to sleep faster & deeper

  3. Mental relaxation
